Coping with Loss

By Caroline

The hardest thing to do sometimes is say goodbye. Coping with the loss of someone you love is both traumatic and stressful, and navigating grief can feel overwhelming and isolating.

Sometimes we have had time to prepare for a loss. Other times, it arrives without warning, leaving us shattered. Either way — grief is grief, and it deserves to be honoured.

Grief is not linear. You may feel devastation, numbness, anger, relief, guilt — and none of these feelings are wrong. They are all part of love.

Things that can help:

🌸 Allow yourself to feel. Don't push grief away or put a timeline on it. It moves through you in its own time.

🤝 Lean on others. Let people in. Isolation makes grief heavier.

🙏 Create rituals of remembrance. Light a candle, tend a plant, visit a meaningful place. Keeping the connection alive in a healthy way supports healing.

🔮 Consider a mediumship reading. Many people find immense comfort in connecting with a loved one through a gifted medium. It doesn't replace grief — but it can bring profound peace.

At Crystal Heart Psychics, our mediums approach bereavement readings with the greatest care, compassion and sensitivity.
