2. Service Description

Crystal Heart® Psychics provides live telephone and online psychic reading services. Our Services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

3. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

4. Bill Payer Permission

If you are charged via telephone bill, you confirm that you have the permission of the bill payer. You accept full responsibility for all charges incurred. Parents or guardians may restrict access to premium-rate services through their telephone provider.

5. Pricing and Payment

Payment Methods

We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App. Payment information is processed securely and in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Pricing

• Psychic readings are billed at the rate displayed at the time of booking
• Premium telephone lines (0906) cost £1.50 per minute plus network access charges
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• All charges are final; no refunds issued for completed readings

Commission Structure

Our commission structure is calculated as follows:

• Stripe deducts payment processing fees first (~1.5% + 20p per transaction)
• From the remaining net amount: readers receive 80%, Crystal Heart Psychics retains 20% as a platform commission
• Example: A £100 session has ~£1.50 Stripe fees deducted, leaving £98.50 net. Reader receives £78.80 (80%), platform retains £19.70 (20%)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal Heart® Visions Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunity
• Actions or decisions made based on readings or advice given during services
• Technical issues, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in service delivery
• Claims arising from your use or inability to use our Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

8. Call Recording and Consent

All call sessions may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and dispute resolution purposes. By using our Services, you consent to the recording of your call. Recordings are kept confidential and are accessible only to authorised staff.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour
• Use our Services to solicit illegal activities
• Attempt to access unauthorised parts of our platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Spam or flood the system with requests

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for completed psychic readings. However, we may process refunds or service credits in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure preventing session completion
• Unauthorised charges (reported within 30 days)
• Duplicate billing errors

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction. We reserve the right to investigate claims and deny refunds deemed fraudulent.

All content on the Crystal Heart® Psychics website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Crystal Heart® Visions Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
